Real Estate & Housing at Delft University of Technology. Final exam in January 2005 on the non core business (additional activities) of Housing Associations.

 Research

Subject of the research is visitation of Housing Associations. With the renewal of the relations between the government, the housing associations and citizens, the question is whether visitation is a good instrument to improve control and stimulation of the social and entrepreneurial performance of housing associations. The instrument of visitation will be evaluated through:

• a systematic evaluation of the impact and efficiency of finished visitations by Raeflex
• an evaluation of an alternative visitation system that is currently being developed by the SEV
• experiences in other sectors with special attention on the visitation practice in Higher Education
